I helped my client sell a house on behalf of their 91-year-old mother, shortly after the death of my 91-year-old father. Though the pain during this process ran deep, I found ways to make my client feel more comfortable like facilitating the sale despite the distance, checking on the property when it was broken into, and making the process as simple as it could be.
