I had the pleasure of working with a nice family making a big move from New York to Washington. They were unable to look at homes in person, so I did video-call tours of homes and neighborhoods. After finding the perfect home, there was updating and remodel work they wanted to have done. I met with a contractor, brought in the packages the family sent to their new home, and coordinated everything. The best part was meeting them in person and hearing them say, ‘Thank you so much for going above and beyond.’
